This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Everyone explains things well and the care has been top notch.
I'd like to add my fiance's mom had fillings that all fell out in less than two weeks. Heard other complaints like that coming from this place.
This dentist has changed. I have been going here for many years. Changed for the better. I would recommend it. Courteous and friendly. Helpful and caring.
I normally don't write negative reviews and the only reason for this one is that I wish for someone not to go through what I have and am. This ordeal started 10 years ago when I made a visit here to have a broken tooth looked at after breaking it on a Saturday evening. They did a root canal and crown for which I was in the chair for 6 hours. Fast forward to this morning when I was at a different, much more personable and capable dentist, and I found out that root canal was so poorly performed that an infection was starting to eat into my jawbone. My dentist and I had a chat while looking my newly pulled tooth when I asked him if it was common to see "little strings" sticking out of the tooth's roots. He said that it was not and that the root canal was very incorrectly performed. He also mentioned that it was likely that the tooth above the one he had just extracted would more than likely fall down and I would probably lose that one as well. So one poor root canal will likely result in me losing two teeth. There is also a high likely hood that this terrible root canal resulted in some other health problems that almost took my life two years ago. As I mentioned earlier, I do not like writing poor reviews but will if it keeps someone from having a negative experience.
I want to let the Deerwood, Minnesota Smile Center know that I appreciate all the work and help they given me to accomplish a long term goal of mine and that was to get a full set of brand new dentures for myself. This is my first set ever and I am adjusting to them good for the time being right now. It takes time to get use to them. The staff were very good in helping me and the nurses and my Dr. I have no complaints. Thank you so so much for helping me get a wonderful part of my life back. The office was always clean and organized. I was told by someone today that if they ever needed dentures they would like to go where i went, because they look so real. They wouldn't even known that i had dentures if i didn't tell them. Good vibes coming all the way from Duluth, Minnesota. Peace and good days to all of you there and thank you again.
Incompetent doctors who are rude and usually so foreign you cannot understand them. No concern for the pain they put their patients in. They harmed my fiance and her family so bad they have a phobia of the dentist now. The only reason they get business is because they have a contract with state medical. You'd be better having toddlers pull and clean your teeth. Don't go here. Their ratings will only get poorer over time. I can't wait for this place to get shut down. It's much needed.
